As a Co-creation Policy and Impact Manager, you will play a key role in driving our co-creation initiatives and ensuring their alignment with our mission and goals.

 

Position overview

As the Co-creation Policy and Impact Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing co-creation policies and strategies across our diverse platforms and engagements. You will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and community partners to foster a culture of co-creation and inclusivity. Your primary focus will be to facilitate meaningful collaboration and engagement to drive impactful outcomes and promote sustainable change.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement co-creation policies and guidelines to ensure effective and inclusive participation of diverse stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate co-creation principles into program design, implementation, and evaluation. 

​​

  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and other participatory processes to engage stakeholders in co-creation initiatives. 

​​

  • Support the development and management of partnerships with community organisations, government agencies, and other key stakeholders. 

​​

  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of co-creation initiatives, collecting relevant data and analysing outcomes. 

​​

  • Provide guidance and training to staff members on co-creation methodologies and best practices. 

​​

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and research related to co-creation and community engagement. 

​

​

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social sciences, community development, public policy). 

​

Proven experience in co-creation, participatory decision-making, or community engagement. 

​

Strong understanding of policy development and impact assessment frameworks. 

​

Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

​

Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders. 

​

Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data. 

​

Knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies for co-creation and impact measurement.
