Do something amazing in 2020!

On Saturday 28 March 2020 we’ll be bringing together our incredible staff and supporters in West Ham Park to help fight debt and poverty in the communities that need it most.

All donations and sign-ups make a real difference!

The circuit is 2.5km, and you can go round once, twice or whatever distance you wish. Walk, run or do a bit of both - it's up to you. However you choose to participate it will be massively appreciated and our friendly team will be there to provide refreshments and cheer you on!

All funds raised will go directly to the Money A+E Community Fund, supporting individuals who are working hard to rise out of debt and become money confident.

So join us to have a truly amazing Saturday and help change lives together!

The Money A+E Community Fund Walk/Run 2020

Why support the Walk/Run 2020?

An estimated 9 million UK adults currently borrow money to buy food or pay their bills. This shocking figure means people in our communities struggling to feed their families, heat their homes and keep the bailiff from the door.

At Money A+E, our services have helped thousands of young people and adults take control of how they manage their money and rise out of debt.

But demand for help is so high that we regularly have to turn people away. There has never been a more crucial time to get involved in the fight against debt and poverty.

How your support will help

All the funds you raise will go directly to providing:

Help for those facing severe hardship, via small grants for emergency gas or electric payments, general household costs or court and insolvency fees.

Life-changing money skills for young people and adults from disadvantaged communities, delivered through Money A+E's financial education workshops.

More volunteers, without whom Money A+E's work helping thousands find solutions to their money problems would not be possible.

How we help: Julie's* story

When we first met Julie*, she was caught in a perfect storm of rent arrears, household debt and difficulty claiming benefits. Her mental and physical health were suffering and she became increasingly withdrawn.
